Lynch named offensive MVP

"I've been waiting for this since day one. This is what I woke up every morning for Pop Warner for. To see my name on an NFL jersey, I accomplished something, and it doesn't stop here. I'm going to work for it."

Those were the words of Marshawn Lynch in his first press conference in Buffalo just two days after being drafted by the Buffalo Bills last spring. The self-motivated personality that stood at the lectern that day certainly lived up to the words he spoke back in early May after his rookie NFL season was in the books.

Already voted by Bills fans as the team's Rookie of the Year, Lynch's on-field exploits picked up another honor in the Mobile iNzone Fan Awards powered by Verizon Wireless as he was named Offensive MVP for the 2007 season.
