Pro Highlights:

Suisham joined the Redskins' roster in December 2006 and impressed coaches with his accuracy and consistency in a late-season audition. Suisham has also had an NFL stint with the Dallas Cowboys. In two years, he has made 12-of-15 field goal attempts and 20-of-20 PATs for 58 points.

NFL Acquisition: Signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers as an undrafted rookie free agent in April 2005.

How Acquired: Signed by the Redskins as an unrestricted free agent in December 2006.

2006: After joining the Redskins, Suisham played in five games and completed 8-of-9 field goals, with a long of 52, and 12-of-12 PATs for 36 points. He played in three games with the Dallas Cowboys early in the season, but was released.

In Week 14 vs. Philadelphia, Suisham connected on four field goals, with a long of 45 yards, and an extra point.

Suisham had his NFL career long with a 52-yard field goal in Week 16 at St. Louis. The kick tied the game late in the fourth quarter and ultimately sent the game into overtime.

2005: Suisham was released by the Pittsburgh Steelers at the end of training camp and signed to the Cowboys practice squad on Sept. 4. He played in two games for Dallas, but was released Nov. 19. He re-signed with Dallas on Dec. 26 and played in the season finale. In three games with the Cowboys, Suisham was three-of-four on field goal tries and eight-of-eight on PATs.

As a senior at Bowling Green, Suisham earned second team All-MAC honors, finishing 12th in the nation in scoring with a 9.3 point-per-game average.

He left Bowling Green as the school's all-time leading scorer (361 points) while also holding the Falcons record with 45 career field goals while notching 31 touchbacks on kickoffs.

He was a Lou Groza Award semifinalist after setting the all-time NCAA IA record for PATs made (226-of-233).

He closed his final campaign converting 14-of-20 field goal attempts and set a MAC record by making all 69 of his PAT tries--the previous record was 53.

He kicked a season-long and career-long 52-yard field goal against Ohio.

Suisham converted 16-of-24 field goal attempts and 56-of-60 extra point tries as a junior.

Against Liberty, he set school records for PAT attempts and conversions, hitting eight-of-nine. He then broke his own record by converting all nine attempts against EKU. He recorded a season-best 47-yard field goal at Purdue.

As a sophomore, Suisham established new MAC and school records by converting 57-of-59 PATs. He also connected on 12-of-14 field goal tries, including a career-best three against Missouri.

After receiving a medical redshirt as a true freshman, Suisham connected on 44-of-45 extra points and three-of-eight field goal tries. He finished the year third on the team with 53 points.

As a true freshman, Suisham sat out the 2003 season due to an injury he suffered on the first day of spring drills and was red-shirted.

Suisham graduated from Wallaceburg (Ontario) Secondary School after being named the 1999 Conference Offensive MVP, setting school and Ontario field goal records.

As a rookie with the Dallas Cowboys, Suisham was a member of the Dallas Cowboys Rookie Club, visiting area non-profit organizations and participating in community charity events.
